www.Mikogo.com - Almost as good as "Go To Meeting" for desktop sharing, remote control and presentation.  But, the price is much better.  $0 per month instead of $49 per month.  Very feature rich, reliable, easy to use productivity booster.

www.neo.com - Finding all correspondence for a single person using Outlook can be time consuming and may take multiple tries before you get what you are looking for.  "Find" is $15 and is very fast and it is possible to group all email from a single person who has multiple accounts all together or multiple people from the same company all together.  Great software....once you start, you wonder how you got along without it.

www.Mindjet.com - One of our favorite software packages....it allows you to do a much better job planning, and communicating those plans than tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.  The software license for this can range from $100 to $400 depending on features but for the professional analyst, manager, executive, lawyer, etc.  there is not a better way to engage in planning and communication of plans to others.

www.fineprint.com - like a DVR for your printer.  Allows you to send your hardcopy print items from one or many software programs and send it to a print queue for rearrangement, or printing at a later time.  Saves time, paper, going to the printer and in a group environment, allows one to control when a document is released to a printer so you can be standing there at the time of printing so privacy can be protected and the hardcopy does not become comingled with anothers print job.

www.techsmith.com - copy any part of your computer screen and save it in an image to save, insert or send to others.  Much quicker way to communicate, in some cases, the only way.  Jing is free, but SnagIT ($50) has the features the smaller business will want.  Great for instantly recording a video of your screen and capturing software features and audio to help build an operations manual for your staff so that you can now delegate and train others to do what up to now you could not move off your desk.
